Popular with Spanish and English tourists alike there are endless miles of beautiful sandy beaches, many of them Blue Flag, stretching from Denia north of Alicante, to the calm sheltered waters further south of the Mar Menor, famous for its inland sea and also the La Manga facilities for golfers and footballers.
In between we have the lively resort of Torrevieja, well known for the spectacular views of the salt lakes, with many shops, restaurants and a bustling Marina. An interesting town, not just for tourists, where the locals live and socialise, with a typical town square in front of the church and a lovely sea front, a great place to sit and watch the world stroll by on the paseo! The Easter celebrations here were televised on Spanish TV last year, the first town in Spain where anyone other than Spanish Nationals were allowed to take part in the traditional processions where beautiful floats depict religious events of the past. A truly international town welcoming visitors to enjoy and embrace the Spanish way of life.
The properties you will find on this site are all located south of Torrevieja, approximately ten to fifteen minutes away by car and are all well known personally by us.

We are well served by airports, Alicante is approximately 40 minutes drive away to the North or, slightly further South, we have the ideally placed Murcia, San Javier airport which is 15 to 20 minutes drive away. There is easy access to the area by road via motorways from Portugal, France, Barcelona and Madrid.
Within 20 kilometres we have a wide variety of activities including championship golf courses... Las Ramblas, Real Campoamor and VillaMartin are on the doorstep with the increasingly popular La Finca golf course only half an hour away... bowling facilities (green and ten pin), bike hire, sailing and windsurfing, tennis, squash, water parks, horse riding, fishing and cinemas. Besides our beautiful beaches this is a fantastic base for sightseeing... the picturesque and historic towns of Alicante, Cartagena, Elche and Murcia are all within easy reach. Further afield there is the theme park of TerraMitica in Benidorm an hours drive away... the beautiful mountain top village of Guadalest, safari parks and rescued zoo animal sanctuaries, natural park areas and the old silver mine area of Portman to name just a few... something for everyone, old and young alike.
The wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants are just too numerous to mention and cater for all tastes and nationalities.
